Creator Terms

Eligibility
Creators must be 18+, in good standing, meet applicable program requirements, and complete required identity, tax, and payout onboarding before receiving cash payouts.
Earnings
Displayed earnings may be pending, held, adjusted, reversed, or unavailable until settlement and fraud/dispute review are complete.
Taxes
Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations. OUTSiiDE may require tax forms and may use approved providers to collect taxpayer information and prepare or deliver required information returns.
Conduct
Creators must follow Community Rules, livestream rules, Battle rules, copyright requirements, and platform safety controls.
